Mobile Area Networks, Inc. Announces Reseller Supply and Service
Agreement

Mobile Area Networks, Inc. (OTC Bulletin

news) announced
today that it had entered into an interim Reseller Supply and Service
Agreement with WorldCall Exchange, Inc. to represent the InfoServant(TM)
suite of Internet- based Conference and Collaboration tools.
InfoServant(TM), an easy to deploy eCRM tool (Customer Relationship
Management), is designed for small and medium sized businesses. Under
the agreement, MANW will purchase products and services for resale to
end-user customers.
Mobile Area Networks, Inc. offers high-speed
wireless Internet service, LAN and selected Intranet access for laptop
computers. The Company creates a bridge to the future for universities,
hotels, convention centers, airports, office buildings and other
locations where computer users require fast, reliable and mobile
connectivity. The Company also provides Internet-based software
applications hosting (ASP).
WorldCall Exchange, Inc. is a privately held
Largo, FL company providing a suite of technology solutions for
Ecommerce including transaction processing, storefronts, marketplaces
with multiple storefronts, parametric search, content management, Online
collaboration, Online conferencing, permission marketing and call center
integration. All applications are custom designed to be modular for easy
integration. Some of the Company's InfoServant(TM) products incorporate
some of Nortel Networks, Inc. licensed technology.
