It is my understanding that the Westin Waltham was the first hotel to have your wireless Internet service available back in March of 1997. When this new system was pioneered here by your company we were less than optimistic about its potential success.

However; after using the system for more than a year and having hosted numerous events with attendees using the service, we have received extremely positive acceptance of this technology.

As with any totally new technology there may be minor glitches along the way.

However, I personally have been totally impressed by the support that your company has provided. You have never failed to provide any level of assistance that we may have requested. We have been able to book additional meeting business because we offer this service and are very encouraged with its potential to grab even more of that market.
